Hooked Edge Uncapping Scratcher
Hooked edge uncapping scratcher is made with a molded plastic handle to fit your hand and stainless steel scratching tines. Can be used by itself to scratch open the wax cappings covering the honey, or can be used to open up areas the uncapping knife couldn't get. Hooked edges make it easier to scratch open the cells.
