All orders can be placed online and are usually shipped out in 1 - 2 business days! The exception to this is in the spring time / early summer, which is our busiest time of year, so shipping can sometimes take longer.
Before contacting us, please note: We do not have a paper catalog. Everything that we sell is listed on our website, but please check back often, as we are always adding new products! To keep on top of our weekly sales, please sign up for our weekly sales emails!
PLEASE NOTE: If this contact is in regards to a package of bees that you received and it had an issue, please file a report HERE instead. Thank you!
