Use the Lappe’s Bee Supply Returns & Exchanges Portal to request a standard return, refund, or exchange for eligible merchandise.
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION COMPLETELY BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR REQUEST
Returned Merchandise Must Be in Brand-New Condition
- All merchandise must be returned in 100% original, unused, unworn, unwashed, clean, odor-free, and resalable condition.
- All original tags, packaging, parts, instructions, accessories, storage bags, and other included components must be returned.
- Merchandise returned in less than brand-new, resalable condition may be refused or subject to a condition-based refund deduction of 30% or more, depending on its condition and loss of value.
No Pet Hair, Animal Fur, or Dander
- Lappe’s Bee Supply cannot accept any return or exchange containing pet hair, animal fur, or dander. This requirement applies to the merchandise, packaging, storage bags, accessories, and all other included materials.
- Merchandise containing pet hair, animal fur, dander, odors, laundering residue, or other contamination cannot be restocked. No refund, store credit, or exchange will be issued.
- Do not wash or launder merchandise before returning it. Laundering may damage the product or leave detergent, fabric-softener, fragrance, or dye residue.
- Lappe’s Bee Supply will make the final determination regarding pet hair, animal fur, dander, odors, laundering, wear, contamination, and return eligibility.
Lappe’s Perfect Fit Promise
- Eligible protective clothing may qualify for one FREE, one-time size exchange under Lappe’s Perfect Fit Promise.
- The Perfect Fit Promise applies only to one approved size exchange of an eligible item. It does not apply to returns for refunds.
- The garment and all included tags, packaging, accessories, and storage bags must meet every condition stated above.
- Additional exchanges and returns for refunds are handled under Lappe’s regular Return & Exchange Policy.
Return and Exchange Deadline
Requests must be submitted within 30 days after delivery of the original order. Submitting a request does not authorize the merchandise to be returned.
Do not ship any merchandise until Lappe’s Bee Supply has approved the request and issued an RA number and return instructions.
Optional Prepaid Return Shipping Label
- Lappe’s Bee Supply may provide a prepaid return shipping label for the customer’s convenience.
- Any applicable label charge will be disclosed in the approval email or approved request details before the label is used.
- For a return for refund, the disclosed label charge will be deducted from the customer’s refund.
- The prepaid-label charge does not apply to an approved FREE, one-time size exchange that qualifies under Lappe’s Perfect Fit Promise.
- Customers may arrange and pay for their own return shipping unless otherwise stated in the approved request.
Responsibility for Return Shipments
Lappe’s Bee Supply is not responsible for merchandise lost or damaged during return shipping. Customers arranging their own return shipping should package the merchandise securely, use a trackable shipping service, retain the tracking information and shipping receipt, and consider purchasing shipping insurance.
Inspection and Final Approval
An RA number authorizes merchandise to be returned for inspection but does not guarantee a refund, store credit, or exchange. Lappe’s Bee Supply will make the final determination regarding the merchandise’s condition, completeness, and eligibility.
