Made from pine lumber. 10 frame 9-5/8" hive body comes assembled and painted for your convenience. Finger joints are stapled together with galvanized staples. Frames are sold separately. Made from commercial grade hive body parts; expect some knots & cracks on painted surfaces.

Well made heavy dense wood painted with roller may add another coat looks like it could use another coat around the staples

These boxes are sturdy,.well-made, and Painted! I was in a rush to add some late-Season deeps for two struggling hives. These came quick and I was amazed at how solidly built they are. Thaks for the fast service .
