Jester EZ Nuc 5 Frame - Assembled with Frames
This reuseable corrugated plastic nuc is stronger than standard cardboard nucs - it stands up to the weather elements for longer, plus the bees can not chew through this box! These nucs also offer more ventilation - a key component for the bees inside! There is a 3/4" space above and below the frames which provides just the right amount of room for feeding, medications and queen cages. Built in hand holds provide easy carrying ability and easy folding open / close entrance will stay shut while in the closed position for transport.
EZ Nucs are perfect for transporting colonies, splitting smaller hives, queen rearing, and catching swarms. If you have a small colony that is struggline to expand in an 8 frame or 10 frame hive, put them into this smaller box and watch them quickly multiply!
