  • 1 Medium Butternut Squash
  • 6 Tbsp. Melted Butter
  • 1/4 c. Honey
  • 1-1/2 tsp. Salt
  • 1/2 tsp. Cinnamon


Preheat oven to 400° F. Cut off the ends of the squash. Peel it, cut it in half lengthwise and remove the seeds. Cut the squash into 1-1/2” cubes and place on a baking sheet. Mix the melted butter, honey and cinnamon; brush over all the pieces of squash. Roast in the oven for 45-55 minutes until tender, turning several times to ensure even browning.
