  • 3/4 c. Honey
  • 1/2 c. Butter or Margarine
  • 1/2 tsp. Ground Cinnamon
  • 2 c. Original Bisquick Mix
  • 1 c. Milk
  • 2 Tbsp. Honey
  • 1 Egg


In a small saucepan, heat 3/4 c. honey, butter or margarine, and ground cinnamon over low heat, stirring occasionally, until warm; keep warm.

In a medium bowl, stir Bisquick mix, milk, honey and egg together until blended. Heat skillet over medium heat. Grease lightly with cooking spray, vegetable oil or shortening. Surface is ready to cook pancakes on when a few drops of water sprinkled on it dance and disappear. For each pancake, pour slightly less than 1/4 c. batter onto hot skillet. Cook until edges are dry; turn and cook other side until golden brown. Serve drizzled with warm syrup.
