- 1 lb. Bag Ready To Eat Baby Carrots
- 2 Tbsp. Honey
- 1 Tbsp. Butter or Margarine
Place carrots in a saucepan and cover with water. Heat to boiling; reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer 10-15 minutes or until tender. Drain well. Add honey and butter to carrots in saucepan. Cook, stirring frequently, until butter is melted and carrots are glazed. Sprinkle with dill and parsley, if desired.
