  • 2 c. Whole Almonds, toasted
  • 2 Tbsp. Water
  • 2 Tbsp. Honey
  • 2 tsp. Vegetable Oil
  • 1/2 c. Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt


    In a 10” nonstick skillet, heat water, honey and oil to boiling over medium heat. Stir in toasted almonds. Cook 3 minutes, stirring constantly, until liquid evaporates. Sprinkle sugar and salt over almonds; cook 5 minutes, stirring constantly, until almonds are coated and reddish brown. Remove from heat. Spread nuts on cooking parchment paper; cool for 10 minutes. Break nut clusters apart; cool completely. Store tightly covered at room temperature.
